Skim over the waters near Maui in a speedy, eco-friendly military-inspired raft, heading first to Molokini Crater. This crescent-shaped crater is all that remains of a volcanic eruption millions of years ago. Today it plays host to a wealth of marine life like rays and tropical fish. 

Thanks to your early start time, you’ll likely be the first boat at the site, ensuring an uncrowded snorkeling experience. Enjoy a continental breakfast before jumping into the water. Visibility at this top-notch diving and snorkeling site often exceeds 180 feet (55m), ensuring you clear sight lines all the way to the bottom. If you want to relax, feel free to take a break on the boat’s comfortable pontoons for some sunbathing. Then head to the backside of Molokini Crater, a snorkel site few visitors ever see.

Leave Molokini behind as you head to your next snorkel spot at ‘Turtle Town,’ stopping on the way to see some recent lava flows at La Perouse Bay, a favorite habitat for Hawaiian spinner dolphins. First time snorkeling and the crew at redline made us feel safe and comfortable about the ocean so we could experience the coral and all the wildlife without worry. The captain was a pro at driving the boat and the other two crew members helped our little 8 year old with her mask and taught her how to snorkel like a pro. Very well put together adventure in beautiful Maui.

Had an awesome trip with Redline Rafting. Jace and Ari were terrific guides and made the ride out to Molokini, La Perouse Bay, and Turtle Town fun and informative. It was nice being part of a smaller group - I never felt crowded and had plenty of space when snorkeling. I definitely recommend going with Redline's smaller, faster vessels than with those bigger boats and groups!

This was honestly one of the best tours I’ve done. The small group was perfect, we had a good amount of time at each spot and saw a manta ray! The turtle stop was amazing, I have never got to be so close to turtles before and the guides were great and knowledgeable. If you get sea sick it might not be for you, but if not, go for it!
