Kayaking with no moon
, Aug 2022
This was a very good trip that went seamlessly. My four star rating was based on lack of instructions on what we should have done if we got separated from the group. It was VERY dark
Magical Experience

Magical experience. Our guide - Adele - was wonderful - warm, funny an informative. I’m adding a few word’s because the review guidelines demand more
Fun family Hike
, Aug 2022
Great family experience! Make sure to follow directions, GPS is unreliable and it is up a narrow mountain road. Staff was waiting for us and very friendly and helpful getting on helmets and life jackets. Started with an exciting drive over impossible road further in the mountain. Short downhill hike through jungle to the river. Tubing through an amazing tunnel with bats. We did the Mukaro tour so then we hiked a mile down through the river, often swimming in the river, you will get wet. Another cave where we ate snacks and rested. Then a one mile uphill hike back to the van. We all had a fun time, took our 8 year old that did well with the hiking. Must be able to climb, swim, and hike up steep hill but the staff are patient. Kevin our guide was local and so fun to have showing us his favorite places. One of our favorite trips in PR.

A wonderful experience, with a fun and knowlegable guide, even if the moon gave too much light…magical water!
Excellent service from...

Excellent service from the first. Communicated the instructions immediately and very clear what to do. Loved the guide. Very personable but attentive to needs. Someone in another kayak needed some help and the guide Adel was right there to help. She knew exactly where to take us to maximize what we saw.
Great experience

Adele is a such a sweet guide, we all had so much fun that night in the mosquito bay. Unforgettable great experience!
The tour company was terrible
, Jul 2022
This tour by this company was not worth the money. They were an hour late picking us up, they overfilled their beat up, filthy van with people. The driver drove recklessly and then dropped us in a deserted place. The tour itself was just blah. The tour guide took us out to the bay and then told us to paddle while he laid in his kayak on his phone. Use another tour.

Love the twinkling
, Jul 2022
Great experience, it was so cool to hold the water in my hands and see it twinkle with the bioluminescence plankton, as well as to see the fishing light up the water as they swim through it. Very important to NOT wear any mosquito repellent- turns out there are t even mosquitoes there, the name of the bay is due to a pirate, not because there are mosquitoes, which this was emphasized in the booking information.
Best night ever
, Jun 2022
We got lots of great scientific info about the bioluminescent Plankton that glow in the bay and a very attentive and concerned tour guide.
A MUST Experience!

Beautiful experience (Too much moon)
, Apr 2022
We visited the bio bay many years ago and wanted to share the experience with our children. There was too much moon out so you had to make shadows to really see the bioluminescence. I recommend the trip but recommend one goes when there is no moon.
Excellent customer service
, Apr 2022
Adel was incredibly helpful in arranging a ride to/from the meeting spot. We didn’t realize we needed to pre-book a taxi.

Beautiful and surreal experience!

Amazing, surreal experience. Definitely worth every penny. Be sure to check ferry schedule and get island transportation.
So worth it!
, Mar 2022
It was a beautiful experience. The whole thing felt a bit rushed and "pre-packaged", but we learned a lot and it felt magical on the water.
, Mar 2022
Such a cool experience! We spent a perfect amount of time on the water, not too long not to short and our guides were very friendly!!
Beautiful Bio Bay trip!...
, Mar 2022
Beautiful Bio Bay trip! The guide was well experienced and professional. They also gave introductions of the bio bay during the breaks of the tour, although the guide could have spoken up a little so people further away from the guide can hear everything clearly. Still 5-stars though.
